昔は化学の実験みたいな楽しさ、知ってる料理が全く知らない見た目に変身して提供される驚きがあったのですが、今回はただの普通に美味しいレストランという印象で、ちょっと残念でした。(味はとても美味しかったです)
ある料理の見た目を変化させて提供するという部分は今も昔も同じですが、今回はもとの姿を知らない料理名の変化球だらけで凄さが伝わらず。もったいない。
お値段もだいぶ値上がりしたのは時代の流れで仕方ないですが、その割にはサービスがかなり残念でした。
店から「開始15分前までに来店せよ」とメールで指示されたので、その通りに行ったのに、待機場所で15分以上待たされました。「呼びつけといて放置かよ！」です。
カウンターに案内される前の待機場所で水のガス有無を訊かれました。その前に「有料のお水は注文されますか？」と尋ねるべきところをすっ飛ばして、いきなりガス有無です。
昔のマンダリンはこんなにサービス悪く無かったので残念でした。
