百名店制覇のために食べ歩く日々。今日は三越前のイタリアン、代官山ASOチェレステ。イタリアン百名店だ。
平日、昼11時半にお店を予約する。三越の新館であまり来たことのないところなので迷いながら辿り着く。三越新館の10階は、なだ万もあるところで流石に高級感も漂うお店だ。
店の一番奥の半個室のようなところに案内される。4人席のテーブルで収まりが良い。テーブルにはメニューが置いてある。事前に予約していたFukiyoseB4,200円のメニューだ。前菜、メイン、デザートから成り、それぞれを選べる。今回選んだのは鹿屋の三ツ星カンパチと水谷水産のヒゲナガエビNOTOKO減農薬の蕪のクレマと大根のサラダ、佐助豚肩ロースのアロッストとハツのコンフィ 淡路島玉葱と石孫本店金の蔵ソース、チェレステ特製モンブラン。
先ずはクリームバターとパン。クリームバターのなめらかで優しい味が良い。これだけで美味しいし、デザートにもなるくらいの柔らかい甘さがある。前菜は綺麗に盛り付けられており、爽やかな野菜と海の幸がうまく活かされる組み合わせとそれを引き立てるソースだ。メインの豚肩ロースはハツからいただく。2種類の肉もそれぞれが楽しめて、かつ相性の良い組み合わせだ。ハツの味のインパクトは面白いくて美味しい味だ。デザートのモンブランは見てもモンブランだとは分かりずらい単なる白い四角錐だ。スプーンで削ると中に具が出て来てモンブランだと分かる。斬新だ。
代官山ASOは代官山でたまに見るが入ったことはない。昼で4,200円というのは昼としては高めだが、この美味しさでこのコストは寧ろコストパフォーマンスが良い。今度は同じコースで別の選択を試してみたい。
