会社の慰労ランチで1か月ほど前に予約して訪問。

函館のヒラメは厚身でシコシコ、素晴らしい食感。
一転カンパチは薄みでありながらこれまた素晴らしい食感。これは釣り活〆か？
ミソをのせた天草の車エビは他ではないようなムリっとした食感と素晴らしいエビの香り。
枕崎の鰹のタタキは藁であぶっているが燻製のような素晴らしい香り。
トロタクは通常巻き物にするが、ここでは握り。これも面白い。
全国からえりすぐったネタはどれも素晴らしく、価格の価値を大きく超えるものだ。
惜しむらくは施設が古い。
カウンターで食べるにおいて問題はないが、トイレのドアは表皮がささくれ立っている。
先日ディナーで２Fを利用したが、１Fに比べて清潔感に乏しい。
普段使いには問題ないが、VIPを持てなすにはちょっと。
それ以外に文句なし。
久しぶりにランチ利用して改めて見直した。さすが人気店。
恵比寿の駅前でこの価格はお得としか言いようがない。
