薬膳、辛いの好きな人は必食！？
旨味もたっぷりの「汁なし薬膳鍋」が美味しい！
今までの鍋の概念を覆す一品でした。
店内も広くて、そして美味しいと評判のこちら「響き」。
恵比寿勤務の友人と仕事終わり、予約して行ってきました。
エレベーターの4階を降りるとすぐに店舗。
120席あるので、かなり広いです。
ダウンライトの通路、段差に気を付けて歩きましょう。
掘りごたつ式の半個室、イイ感じのフィット感。
ドリンクオーダーしてフードメニュー。
非常に気になる「薬膳鍋」
量も多そうなので、他のメニューは様子見ながら頼もう。
グランドメニューとは別のおススメメニューから。
数量限定の「鮮魚ユッケ」、カラっと美味しい「菜の花と筍の天ぷら」。
どちらもイイ感じ！
どのメニューも外れが無さそうな、そんな味わいの料理です。
鍋が到着！
野菜たっぷり、そして薬膳の香りが漂ってきます。
固形燃料に着火してしばし待ちます。
途中で混ぜながら、まんべんなく火を通して行きます。
それとも、そのままで野菜の水分で煮込むのか？
店員さんに聞きそびれましたが、とりあえずコレで良しとしよう。
辛さと旨味も充満！
汗がしたたる・・・あっという間にカラダが暖まる。
今日は外が寒かったので、コレは正解！
今までの居酒屋の鍋メニューの概念を覆す美味しさでした。
まだ少し食べれそうなので、「手作り棒餃子」「茄子と挽肉のチーズ焼き」。
フードメニューも鍋以外は4品ですが、どれもイイ感じです。
超高得点になってしまいましたが、この鍋にK.O.です～
まさか、居酒屋でこんな美味しい鍋を食べられるとは！
って事で、これを頼まなかったらどうか？
とそんな野暮な事は考えません。
イマドキのスマホ注文ではなく、店員さんを呼ぶ方式。
これをやってるだけでもポイント高し、良い雰囲気で過ごせます。
大きな店舗なので、予約も取りやすいかも。
また薬膳鍋を食べたくなりそう～って事で、また行こうと思います。
