We offer dishes that add the essence of abysse to the deep flavors of Japan's sea blessings, which are still unknown.
ChefA chef who continues to pursue the profound world of seafood cuisine
Kotaro Meguro. Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1985. After graduating from culinary school, he trained at several Restaurants in Tokyo and then moved to France. Worked at Le Petit Nice Passeda (＊＊＊) in Marseille for one year. After returning to Japan, he worked as a singer (＊＊＊) and opened Abysse in Minami Aoyama in 2015. Abysse moved to Kanyama in 2019. Earned Michelin (*) since 2016. Selected as World50bestrestaurantdiscovery in 2020.
