平日は毎日駅までの往復で通る大隈通り商店街。
そこに牛肉面のお店がオープンしたので
彼を誘って行ってみました。
入ってすぐ右手に券売機があるので
牛肉面の中細麺（900円）の券を2枚ポチ、...
麺はツルツルの手延べ麺。
スープは牛骨系であっさり。
でも薄いわけではなく、味わい深い。
お好みで特製ラー油と黒酢で変化を入れる。
パクチーと薄切り大根とも合う。
