4 minutes walk from Omotesando Station. A ristorante that also has an Italian Cuisine bar. Unlike high-end restaurants that charge 10,000 yen for quick-cooked dishes and truffles and caviar, I was able to enjoy simple, elaborate Italian cuisine. What's more, it's easy to make reservations, and the prices are reasonable considering the location, which I appreciate. Customer service is also kind and polite. I think people who like Prisma will definitely like this store. Because it has a solid Italian Cuisine foundation, it is different from the expensive innovative products that only look like. All of the dishes were beautiful and well-done Italian Cuisine dishes. The two types of homemade bread were delicious, and I'll definitely go again in different seasons. Lunch Course ○Baccala Italian Baccara (salt cod) cream sandwiched between semolina chips and topped with Latvian caviar. It had just the right amount of saltiness and went perfectly with the champagne. Champagne is also nicer than Franciacorta or Prosecco. This made me confident of today's victory. ○Tuna crudo Smoked puffrika puree on top of tuna. Add shiso and nasturtium as accents on top. It matches the iron content of tuna and the aroma. ○ Mussel croquetta Beautiful! The umami of the mussels and the texture of the fragrant polenta combine to create a beautiful and delicious dish. It's piping hot and the flavor of the mussels hits your nose. ○ Scallop Turnip Chef's specialty impadella. Large scallops are shallow-cooked, turnips marinated in vinegar, and meringue on top. It was an impactful dish with a good balance between the sweetness and sourness of the scallops. ○Ezo Deer Roast peach thighs with juice and red wine sauce. Many Italian Cuisine restaurants serve the simple method of cooking with charcoal and salt, so this makes me happy! ! It was well-cooked and delicious~ ○ Puttanesca style homemade tagliolini Puttanesca-style pasta made with barracuda instead of anchovies. I use Hanasakihime tomatoes and mix them with the parsley sauce to give it a rich flavor. It was good that it went well with the homemade tagliolini, and the salty and sour taste was modest. ○Tiramisu Gluten-free tiramisu. Pumpkin powder is placed on top of Nagano Purple. Tiramisu with the bitterness of espresso and slightly sweet mascarpone. Many restaurants serve tiramisu that is so sweet that you can't eat it, so I liked Misora's tiramisu. ○Figs The scent of dark rum from Guatemala is amazing. Also, the crispness of the clove and black pepper meringue and the sweetness of the figs are delicious~ It was a grown-up dolce! ○Tea sweets Madeleine and Physalis tart Coffee is delicious. I forgot to ask for the machine name and beans.
