そして12ヶ月の生ハムはフワフワ～。一緒に出てきた
焼き立てフォカッチャと良く合う
鰆はしっとり柔らかく菜の花ソースや空豆を使った
鮮やかなグリーン色のソースがキレイでした。
メインのお肉は里山牛
部位はサーロインって言ってたかな。
ゴルゴンゾーラを使ったソースが旨味を引き出してました。
絶妙な火入れ加減でかなりレア
〆のパスタは2種類
特に毛ガニのタリオーニは細切り麺とソースが良く絡んで
美味しかったです。
デザートは2種類で比較的軽め
食後のプティフールは食べられる
お花のエディブルフラワーを
使った可愛いスイーツもマルでした。
キッチン前のテーブルだったので
かなりガチャガチャとにぎやかだったけど
お料理は全体的に美味しかったです。
