The 8m long solid wood counter is made from a 500-year-old Japanese cypress tree cut from the Kiso forestry office. It is the king of wood, grown in the harsh natural environment, and its material is dense and consistent, and its aroma and luster live up to the traditional beauty of Japanese architecture. It is a Japanese space where you can enjoy the techniques and culture of Japanese architecture, with a focus on natural materials such as the blown-copper roof at the entrance, bonsai trees at the approach, partitions made of hand-transparent Japanese paper, and clay walls filled with straw.
