夏といえば鱧、からの鮑の肝ソースパスタは絶品！
鮎を挟んで鰻の花山椒乗せ。
花山椒は冷凍物、シーズン終わってるから。
長野の峯村牛は最近よく出会います。
締めはカレーライスを選択。
白エビの素揚げが若干喉に引っかかるw。
デザートも完璧。
