麻布十番の日本最高峰のジンギスカン！！
なかなか予約が取れないお店で、少し早めの予約で初訪問！！
店内はカウンター12席と4名席のテーブル一つと意外と席数の少ないお店で、
予約が取れないことがわかりました。
オススメで、国産羊肉の説明をしてくださる。
ラムとマトンは聞いたことがあったが、月齢で羊の呼び名が違うことは知らなかった。

また、国産羊肉は国内で出回っている羊肉の1％しかなく、とても貴重らしい。
厳選した羊飼いのところから仕入れているので、新鮮でとても美味しいとのこと。
メニュー選びの段階からかなりテンションが上がってきました。
オススメのホゲットを2種類とマトンを注文！
アスパラ、マッシュルームも追加しました。
肉は焼き師である店員さんが最高の状態に仕上げてくれ、
塩、タレを中心に、ラー油、とうがらし、ニンニクと塩を混ぜ合わせて、
少しずつ味変しながら、食べるスタイルでどの組み合わせもとても美味しい！！
正直、羊肉を食べている感覚ではなく、上質な牛肉のヒレ、赤身肉を食べているようで、
初めての味わいに感動しました！！！
〆のマトンカレーもめちゃめちゃ美味しく、これだけでも店を出せると思う逸品でした。

ジンギスカンの最高峰です。
国内で流通している羊の99％が海外産で、
わずか1％だけが、国内の羊生産者かららしい。
その貴重な国産羊肉が食べれるのが”羊SUNRAISE”！！

国産羊肉は、今まで食べた羊肉の概念を完全にひっくり返りました。
豚肉に近い感じもありますが、柔らかくて、クセのないあっさりした味わい。
塩でも、タレでも、そのままでも美味しい。
玉ねぎ、マッシュルーム、蓮根、椎茸と野菜もどれも抜群に美味しかった。
