We will deliver Creative Cuisine focusing on Kumamoto ingredients by a chef who has demonstrated his skills at famous Restaurants. The course [Uno] offers hot pots made with high-quality Kikuchi Gengo beef. This is a special dish that can only be found at our restaurant, with a taste that is somewhere between shabu shabu and Sukiyaki. Enjoy dipping in red wine sauce. There are also two other types of hot pot available that change depending on the season. To finish off your meal, enjoy risotto with Kumamoto rice.

From the ingredients to the cooking methods, we offer a wide variety of creative and original dishes that only our restaurant can offer. ``Shrimp marinated in sherry sake'', made with fresh raw tiger prawns from Kumamoto, is a dish that goes well with alcohol. The potato salad is appealing with the rich aroma of truffles and the rich taste and texture of Kikuchi Gengo beef. ``Homemade Crab Miso Tofu'', which is popular among women, goes perfectly with sake. It's a dessert-like menu where you scoop up fluffy tofu and eat it.
