Mototaka Kondo, a young sushi chef who trained for five years at Kyoto's long-established restaurant "Kyoto Ryoku Kinoya" and studied Edomae Sushi at the famous restaurant "Sushi Yuu" in Roppongi, which has won one Michelin star and Bronze with the Tabelog Award, is the owner of "Sushi Konto". Combining the sense of the four seasons of Kyoto cuisine with the spirit of harmony, and the techniques and chic style of Edomae Sushi, we offer a special dish that puts heart into all ingredients, vessels, and space.

Fresh seafood is delivered directly from fishing ports all over the country, from Toyosu, where seasonal ingredients are gathered, to Hokkaido in the north, and Fukuoka in the south.
