Chef[Chef Yuji Goto] Pursuing delicious food every day based on tradition and innovation
Born in Ichikawa City / Age 45 / Graduated from Shinjuku Culinary Institute / After training at famous restaurants such as "Croce e Delizia" in Nishi-Azabu, he went to Italy for three years from 2007. After training at several restaurants including the two-star "Ristorante Duomo" in Sicily, he became an Italian Cuisine chef in Shirokanedai in 2011. In 2012, he won the "Gran Concorso di Cucina 2012" and in 2015, won the "Nikkei Restaurants Menu Grand Prix 2015". In September 2015, he opened Melograno in Hiroo, Shibuya Ward.
