コースは2種類あり、
4400円のコースにしました。
全体に、ヘルシー感満載の内容。
１，アペリティフ
ミスカル、ココナッツ、
アーモンドドリンクの入った
ショットドリンク
２，しめ鯖のタレ「コカルビ」
火入れした鯖に、
えごま油、発酵キウイのコチュジャン
３，焼き芋のタラクジュク
タラクジュクは、王様の保養食で、
牛乳で作ったお粥です。
シルクスイート、炒めキムチ、
餅米、菊芋、とからだにいいもの
ばかり。
４，10種類のパンチャン
これが圧巻です。
２つのボックスに、10種類の小皿が
並びます。
パンチャンとはいわゆる「おかず」のこと。
・岩海苔のレモンマリネ
・シーチキンのコチュジャン和え
・紫芋サラダ
・豆腐と豆 柚子のソース

山アジサイの葉のお茶
デトックス、アンチエイジング、
血行促進に効果があるそう。
これに、ドリンクがつきます。
紅酢（ざくろ熟成酢）ドリンクを
お願いしました。少し甘め。
価格のわりに、ボリュームもありますが、
2回転目が、13：00からなので、
ものすごいスピードで提供され、
あまり落ち着きません。
