HASUO was selected as one of restaurant Restaurants New York, Paris, and Tokyo by the South Korean government's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry restaurant Livestock and Food and the Korean Food Promotion Institute. In order to improve the quality of Korean Cuisine food and protect consumers, the overseas excellent Korean Restaurants designation project comprehensively evaluates not only the quality of Korean Cuisine, service, and contribution to the spread of Korean Cuisine, but also hygiene, ingredient storage and management, etc. It has been evaluated and implemented.
ChefAuthentic Korean chef
Owner chef Lee Jeongjun is originally from Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea. This is authentic Korean Cuisine created by a chef from Korea, one of the few in Japan. He trained at numerous Michelin-starred Restaurants in Korea and Japan, and became the owner chef of HASUO in 2022. Korean Cuisine is created with a modern sensibility, incorporating Chef Lee's unique essence into Korean court cuisine.
