From Minoru Hasegawa to HIROO Kaoru
The reservations for 3 years that we received right after Minoru Hasegawa's opening in April 2018 were completed at the end of March 2021. From April 2021, Minoru Hasegawa will be open 2 days a week,
...and Sous Chef Tetsuji Tsuguhiro will be open 5 days a week.The restaurant has been renovated as ``Kaoru HIROO,'' which takes over Hasegawa's original cuisine. Reservations are accepted on the 15th of every month at HIROO Kaoru's OMAKASE. Thank you very much for your support.
