バターやエスプーマ生クリーム系が多いので、全体的に甘い味付けです。味付けはどれも優しく美味しかったです。いくつかの料理は味が想像の遥か斜め上で脳内がバグります。清潔感のある店内で皆さん動きも素敵でした。
