Born in Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture. After graduating from vocational school, he continued his training in a top-level environment at a famous restaurant that received two or three Michelin stars. He also has experience working as a head chef at a Japanese-style meal restaurant. After that, he opened [Jfree] in Kagurazaka, which offers modern French cuisine French cuisine that is authentically French, but with Japanese touches sprinkled throughout. Enjoy to your heart's content the dishes created by him, who uses "free" ideas to create new flavors and spaces never seen before.
Food “Omakase Course” that brings out the best of carefully selected ingredients
The concept is "intuitive enjoyment and a somewhat familiar taste." We offer French cuisine with a familiar feel similar to Japanese-style meal in the ``Omakase Course.'' We are especially particular about the selection of ingredients, and the vegetables we purchase from a farm in Miyazaki Prefecture are so delicious that even the chef is surprised. ``Conger Kujo Negi'', accented with fresh Kujo green onions and a refreshingly flavored sauce, is a signature dish that you should definitely try. Please enjoy encountering new deliciousness that changes according to the season.

Our restaurant is located one block away from the main street near Iidabashi Station, creating a hideaway-like atmosphere. As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by a modern space with a Japanese feel, unified by wood grain and monochrome colors. While sitting at the counter, you can enjoy watching the food being prepared in the open kitchen. The live feeling of having the chef serve you a freshly prepared dish right in front of you is also appealing. Please make your reservation early as there is only one private room that can accommodate 3 or more people.

There are always 100 types of wines, all made in France. We mainly carry brands from the Burgundy region that are highly recommended by chefs. A glass of champagne, perfect for a toast on a celebratory day, starts at 2,000 yen, a glass of wine starts at 1,500 yen, and a bottle costs between 60,000 yen and 70,000 yen. We recommend tasting and comparing the wines you can find on the day, as we will stock up on new ones as soon as they run out.
