気になっていた鰻屋さんでした。
百名店ということで、早速ランチに伺いました。
店内の奥の部屋では目の前で捌いてくれる様子がみれます。
・うなぎの酢〆うら梅造り
サッパリとしていてすごく食べやすいです。
ワサビや梅肉とも良く合います。
メインが来る前にいただくのはとても良いですね。
お酒との相性も良さそうですが、私はお酒を飲まないのでウーロン茶でいただきました。
・うなぎの珍味三点盛り
全部美味しかったですが、1番美味しかったのは肝でした。
程よい味わいで口の中に広がる満足度が高いです。
そしてメインの鰻重は鰻を捌くところから焼くところまで見せていただけました。
・葵かねみつ
天然鰻と養殖鰻の食べ比べができるお重をいただきました。
まずは養殖の方から。
身がギュッと詰まった感じでまさに鰻!という食べ応え感です。
でも焼き方がさすがお上手なので、これ天然と言われても分からないくらい美味しいです。
次に天然の方を。
こ、これは!ふわっふわのふっくら。
食べ比べると全然違いますね。これは面白い。
あまりのふわふわ具合に、人によっては養殖の方が好きという方もいるかもしれません。
私はどちらも好きです。
タレの味もとても絶妙な美味しさで、甘すぎずしょっぱすぎず、食欲をそそる味わいでした。
最初から最後まで満足のいくランチをいただきました。
