Food Tempura fried crispy in 100% rice oil to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients
Tempura is made using 100% rice oil, which is highly nutritious and light to fry. Because it is difficult to oxidize, it does not cause stomach upset and is easy to eat. The vegetables used are fresh and contain plenty of water. Frying creates a steamed-like state and brings out the sweetness of the vegetables. Seafood Tempura is made with fresh ingredients such as shrimp, scallops, and sea urchin that can be eaten without being cooked, fried crispy on the outside and rare on the inside. Toriten made with fresh chicken is also popular.

The ``Chawari'' method that most people order is a style where the tea leaves are selected and brewed right in front of the customer. We have about 50 types of tea leaves, including tea leaves not on the menu. Freshly brewed tea is delicious just as it is, and you can enjoy the strong flavor of tea by mixing it with plain shochu. In addition to the basic green tea (sencha), white oolong tea, and tartary soba tea, we also recommend the Alishan Takayama tea, which is well known to all tea lovers, and Medicinal Food teas. Enjoy it with our signature Tempura.

In addition to the standard Tempura, we also offer a wide variety of different types of Tempura such as "Asparagus Almijano", "Kombu Tartar Sauce with Baby Kelp", "Potato Salad", "Nanko Ume", and "Takoyaki". Also, we recommend the "egg tempura truffle bowl" as the finishing rice. It is a luxurious gem served with half-boiled egg tempura with truffle shaved on it. For a lighter meal, try the "Tenchazuke", freshly fried Seafood shakiage topped with freshly brewed genmaicha (brown rice tea) ◎

The interior of the store has a quaint feel to it, with a wooden counter and painted walls that retain the rough texture. The shelves are lined with tea leaves that are indispensable for chawari. We used indirect lighting at the bottom of the shelves to create a stylish atmosphere that is not typical of a tempura restaurant. The restaurant has an atmosphere that makes it easy for women to come in alone, but since it is a small restaurant with only 7 seats at the counter, we would appreciate it if you could call us before visiting.
