...ihiro is inspired by the legendary Nouvelle Chinois master Kawata Yoshinori and strives to create "Chinese cuisine that is easy on the stomach." The ingredients are a selection of Mie's finest, including spiny lobster, Matsusaka beef, abalone, rock Oyster, Kishu Iwashimizu pork, dried shiitake mushrooms and king oysters from Taki Town. The Chinese cuisine, created with meticulous work that is almost honest, is sure to be a moving new experience.
