今年もよろしくお願いします！
新潟駅万代口から徒歩数分。新潟地場の飲食店チェーン『よね蔵グループ』の系列店です。
当店の他にもイカの墨、エビの髭、タコの壺など…新潟に10店、最近、東京にも２店舗出店されたそうです。自分は県外の人を連れて行く事が多いのですが、新潟食材中心の料理で、店員さんの接客も安定しているので、毎回喜んでもらっています。
今回は、ノドグロに、鰤に、村上牛に、栃尾の油揚げに、女池菜など…新潟っぽい物を中心にオーダーしてみました（笑）
以下レビューになります。
・真鯛の釜戸炊き土鍋ご飯
炭火焼した大きな鯛を半身分使用した贅沢な土鍋ご飯です。お米がコシヒカリなのは言うまでもまりませんが、さらに雪室で氷温熟成させているそうです。マズイはずがありません♪付け合わせに鯛味噌、岩ノリ、だし汁がセットで付いて来るので、〆に鯛飯茶漬けもできます♪更に！食べ切れなかった分はオニギリでテイクアウト可で、これもかなり美味しいです♪店名からして、このメニューに対する力の入れようは並ではないと思います。絶っ対頼んだほうがいいです！
・村上牛朴葉味噌焼き（クーポン使用）
クーポンありきのメニューではありますが、お値段なんと108円です（驚）１回の来店で１回限りですが、ちゃんと人数分注文できます。村上牛メニューでこのお値段は、ここでしか見た事ありません。ちなみに、ここ数年ほぼこのクーポン掲載されてます。（夏の数カ月間牡蠣に変わった事があります）
・鰤刺し
隣県の富山の氷見鰤は有名ですが、新潟でも美味しい鰤が水揚げされます。氷見鰤と比べればリーズナブルなお値段で頂けます♪
・選べるお通し
まず最初に店員さんが両手一杯にお通しを運んで来てくれます。約７種類のお通しから好きな品を選ぶんですが、これがかなり迷います♪迷いに迷って今回はメギスのスリ身とイカをチョイス。いずれも美味しかったです。ちなみに、よね蔵グループの他のお店も、無難にいいお店ばかりなのでオススメです♪
・女池菜
新潟のローカル野菜です。お味は小松菜に似た感じなんですが、茎が極太でシャキシャキと食べ応えがあって、美味しいですよ～
箸休めに丁度いいです。
・全体を通して
真鯛の土鍋ご飯と、（クーポンがあれば）村上牛朴葉味噌焼きが、かなりオススメです♪元旦から通常通り営業されているそうなので、飲食店が閉まるこの時期には特に重宝します。
