初「カハラ」さん。最初から最後まで素晴らしい創作料理の数々。さすが大阪が誇る店ですね。
全部美味しかったですが1つあげるとするとこの日はフカヒレの料理が1番でした。ここの塩はオリジナルらしくとても美味しく野菜に塩だけでもホントにおいしいです。
次回の予約も完了し今から楽しみです。
