半年ほど前に予約して訪問。個室になっておりプライバシーが守られているので正確には分かりませんが3組ほどでしょう。余呉湖の真ん前で眺望は最高です。
当日のメニューは以下のような構成でした。
鮒ずしのお米と筍に蕗のあんかけ
猪の生ハム、熊と鹿のパストラミ風
鹿肉のペースト
鯉のお造り
熊の生姜スープ
鯖の鮒ずし風
熊肉のお鍋
からすみ、ジビエのジュレ
炊込ご飯
デザート
当然のことながら臭みなどありません。素晴らしい調理で味わいの深い料理の数々でした。メニュー名から想像する料理の数倍は美味しい。感動レベルです。ハードルはめちゃくちゃ高いですが、一度は訪問すべきお店といえます。
