銀座のエシカルをコンセプトにしたモダンメキシカンです。
素敵な空間で予約で満席でした。
ディナーコースは7,800円と11,000円で、11,000円のコースを頂きました。

とても洗練されたお料理でどれも美味しかったですが、タコスと金目鯛が特に良かった。
メキシコのチーズフォンデュと言われているとネットにありましたが、ラハスコンケソまた食べたい。
ちなみに私はメキシコには２度行ったことがあります。
ちょうどククルカンが降臨する日にチチェンイツァに行ったなぁ。
