Chef[General] Ken Kamata
Born in Tokyo. Since his father and uncle were chefs, he started this career at the age of 18. ``We want you to have fun and relax while eating sushi.'' With this in mind, we are particular about purchasing and preparing our sushi. I had Fujimasa's selection course and it was delicious, I want to come again! I will hold it with all my heart so that you will think so! !
