Food ``Yatsugatake Toriko Jidori'' with elasticity and delicate flavor of juicy meat
We use carefully selected chicken such as ``Yatsugatake Toriko Jidori'' and offer a variety of yakitori including rare parts. Yatsugatake Toriko Jidori, an original brand chicken made exclusively for Toriko by Nakamura Farm, which handles everything from production to sales, is raised for 2 to 2.5 times as many days as regular chickens, so it is kept at a reasonable level. The elasticity and the delicate flavor of the meat juice that overflows with every bite make it a delicious dish that is second to none. Please enjoy Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made with carefully selected ingredients.

The interior of the store is laid out in such a way that the kitchen and grill area are surrounded by a plain wood counter that gives an overwhelming impression. The wine is supervised by Makoto Endo, a lecturer at Académie du Vin.
