Meat Dishes served in the courses are made with "Iwate Minami Beef" from the head chef's hometown of Iwate Prefecture. You can enjoy firm red meat with little marbling. The cooking method changes daily depending on the flow of the course, such as Noda-Beef Cutlet, and Sukiyaki. ChefOwner Kenichi Onodera skillfully expresses the flavors of the four seasons.
Born in 1976. Born in Iwate Prefecture. Since his parents' home used to be a butcher shop, he had many exposures to the world of cooking, and aspired to become a Japanese-style meal chef. From the age of 18, he spent three and a half years studying at a Japanese Cuisine in Iwate Prefecture. After that, he expanded his knowledge at various restaurants such as Japanese restaurants and blowfish restaurants in Tokyo, and in 2013 he became independent at Marutomi in Akebonobashi, and moved to Kagurazaka in 2022. He also serves as a mentor for industry organizations. The artistic dishes created through careful work continue to bring joy to gourmets today.
