Thank you for your understanding in advance. We look forward to seeing you again. Our restaurant is based on the concept of "giving thanks and gratitude to the blessings of the mountains, rivers, sea, and earth", and we serve mainly wild game, live river fish dishes, and handmade soba noodles made with 100% pure domestic buckwheat flour in an alley on Nineizaka near Kodaiji Temple and Kiyomizu Temple in Higashiyama, Kyoto. We mainly serve wild game, bear, wild boar, deer, and horse, and live river fish, such as trout swimming in the aquarium inside the store (sweetfish for a seasonal period from around May to around November), and cook them as they are. Of course, we are particular about our 100% handmade soba noodles. We also have a wide selection of alcohol, but we are particularly particular about stocking only pure rice sake made with Kyoto's famous water. We look forward to welcoming you to our store. |
