横浜に本店を構え、直近ですと新橋にも系列店をオープン!
まさに乗りに乗ってるお店です。
店主を務めるのは三陸うに漁師の家系に生まれるも、家業はあえて継ぐことなく自らウニ屋として創業された安藤憂誠氏。
雲丹を始め、漁師直送の牡蠣、厳選された旬食材など強みを活かしたメニューを堪能できます。
お店は西麻布の大通りから一本奥に入った比較的閑静なエリアに位置。
「うに」の看板を目印にビルの階段を上り、暖簾を潜ると落ち着いた檜のカウンター8席の大人の空間が広がります!

この日は主に北海道根室のバフンウニ、牡蠣には宮城県産ものを、お肉には岩手県の水沢牛を使用!
全ての品に鮮度の高いバフンウニが使われているとあり、とにかくうに好きには堪らない至高のコースを堪能できました!
加えてどの品も決して雲丹だけに頼ることなく、雲丹を活かすような調理をされており最後まで美味しくいただけました。
特に挨拶がわりの「うに成巻き」、雲丹とイクラそして生牡蠣とのハーモニーがお酒を欲する「酔っ払い牡蠣」、そしてタラの芽など苦味のある春野菜とあまーい雲丹とのコントラストが楽しい天ぷらなど特に好みでした!
これから人気に火がつきそうなので雲丹好きの方は是非お早めに!
