Remarks	2009年2月、Restaurant Satoshi.Fとして岐阜市にてオープン。 2016年12月、現店名で東銀座にてオープン。 2021年8月、東銀座より移転オープン。お任せコース　40,000円〜42,000円(税サ別) ミネラルウォーターはコース代に含まれてました。ドリンクメニューはボトルワインのみの記載ですが、グラスワイン、ノンアルコールドリンクあります。ワインペアリングあり。 20,000〜25,000円　ハーフサイズ対応あり、値段はフルサイズの半分程。写真撮影は基本禁止かと認識されておりますが、飲み物や、椎茸のお料理に限り撮影可。＊メキシコ料理のイベント有り
