Opened in Gifu City in February 2009 as Restaurant Satoshi.F. Opened in Higashi Ginza in December 2016 under its current name. Relocated and reopened from Higashi Ginza in August 2021. Chef's choice course 40,000-42,000 yen (excluding tax and service charge) Mineral water was included in the course price. The drink menu only lists bottled wine, but there is wine by the glass and non-alcoholic drinks available. ホワイトアスパラガスとビーフン
アスパラを細切りにする事で、食感とビーフンとの絡みがよく、美味しかったです

余計な雑味なく、タケノコの風味、味わいがしっかり伝わりました
