Opened in Gifu City in February 2009 as Restaurant Satoshi.F. Opened in Higashi Ginza in December 2016 under its current name. Relocated and reopened from Higashi Ginza in August 2021. Chef's choice course 40,000-42,000 yen (excluding tax and service charge) Mineral water was included in the course price. The drink menu only lists bottled wine, but there is wine by the glass and non-alcoholic drinks available. Wine pairing available. 20,000-25,000 yen Half sizes available, about half the price of a full size. この日はディナーで新富町から広尾に移転されたCHIUNEさんへ
現在写真撮影は料理は不可
椎茸のお皿やお酒などは可能とのことでした
まず案内された待合室はスタイリッシュでまるで図書館のようです
カウンター席も移転前より広々としており、清潔感のあるイケてる空間でいちいちお洒落です（笑）
お料理はどれも無駄のない繊細でシンプルなものばかり
余計なことはせず食材の良さが引き出されており素晴らしかったです
特にホワイトアスパラとビーフン、桜鱒、筍のお皿が個人的に好みで印象に残りました
移転されてから色々とパワーアップされており
今後もまだまだ期待したいレストランでした
