Opened in Gifu City in February 2009 as Restaurant Satoshi.F. Opened in Higashi Ginza in December 2016 under its current name. Relocated and reopened from Higashi Ginza in August 2021. Chef's choice course 40,000-42,000 yen (excluding tax and service charge) Mineral water was included in the course price. 場所は隠れ家的な場所で住宅街にあり少し分かりにくいですが逆に雰囲気が最高です。
入口から超高級住宅にお邪魔したかのような豪華なインテリアがあり、落ち着いた雰囲気。
地下に降りたらカウンターがあり、オープンキッチンでオーナーシェフと会話しながら楽しめます。
ワインの種類がとても多く、行くなら貸切で、良いワインをペアリングでみんなで楽しむのがとても良いかと。

一品目から感動の味です。
