Opened in Gifu City in February 2009 as Restaurant Satoshi.F. Opened in Higashi Ginza in December 2016 under its current name. Relocated and reopened from Higashi Ginza in August 2021. Chef's choice course 40,000-42,000 yen (excluding tax and service charge) Mineral water was included in the course price. The drink menu only lists bottled wine, but there is wine by the glass and non-alcoholic drinks available. 仕事は丁寧だし、うんうんって感じの美味しさ。
ただ決して記憶に残るほどの味はない。
美味しいけど、あーこれに似た皿だったらあそこのアレのほうが美味しかったなーって感じ。
でもシェフの距離感や人柄で常連さんになりたい人の気持もわかる。
ただ俺の食べログはあくまで味しか評価してないのでこんな感じ
