unisは、ハレの日のための8席限定のシェフズテーブル。
お祝いを彩るレストランとして、シェフ薬師神陸が今まで巡った全国600以上の生産者を繋ぐ料理に加え映像と音・照明演出がドアを開けた瞬間からお食事後の余韻まで五感全が思い出となるよう、お客様の大切な日を演出します。
店名の「ユニ」は単体を意味するUni。「調和」を意味するunisonと複数のものをひとつにするunion、目に見えない「結束」を意味するunity、たくさんの幸せが折り重なる場所という意味を込めて『unis』と名付けました。
