Opened in Gifu City in February 2009 as Restaurant Satoshi.F. Opened in Higashi Ginza in December 2016 under its current name. Relocated and reopened from Higashi Ginza in August 2021. Chef's choice course 40,000-42,000 yen (excluding tax and service charge) Mineral water was included in the course price.
